This patient had original rhinoplasty by another plastic surgeon. She had a wide nasal pyramid and her the tip of her nose is asymmetric. Dr Mandell-Brown narrowed the tip on her left side to better match her right side. Notice the improved symmetry from the base or nostril view. He also narrowed the top part of her nose.
