This patient had a breast reduction with a breast lift by Dr. Mandell-Brown. The purple markings are typical of pre-operative markings. The level the areola/ nipple complex is raised is critical for an aesthetic result. This distance is measured from the clavicle on each side and checked with a level prior to entering the operating room. Note that there is no upper pole fullness without an implant. This patient preferred no implant.
