In a recent article in the Cosmetic Surgery Times, surgeon Robert L. Simons highlights some of the challenges of rhinoplasty, and outlines the 10 most important elements of his own rhinoplasty philosophy.

2. The goal of rhinoplasty is to draw attention to the beauty of your face. Not to the procedure itself. When it comes to this type of surgery, a little can go a long way.
